You need to go into your setting and adjust this on support.Compassion.com

Hi Brenda, 

As Kristen mentioned, you will need to change your notification settings on your account. If you go to support.Compassion.com and then click the drop down menu by your name and go to your profile, you will see an option for "email notifications". From here you can manage your notifications however you would like. :)
