I recently received a child packet for a child Reca Verula and processed my first payment on Monday. I called compassion and Jacqueline said there was an error processing my payment but I didn't receive an email. I only received one that confirmed my first payment.
She said at first that she had already been offered to another sponsor and then said that she was adding her to my account.
Then she said there was an error adding her but she made a note in my account and to wait 5 days. If she's not added in 5 days to call back.
I just don't wait to lose her and I want to make sure that everything is okay! Please help!

Hi Katherine! I completely understand your desire to ensure your sponsorship of sweet Reca Verula (PH095500326) does go through. I'm so sorry for any concern or confusion you may have regarding your sponsorship of her. When you signed up to sponsor her, it did not go through the "happy path". Therefore, it now requires manual work from one of our wonderful processing department staff to take care of it. Regrettably, our processing department is experiencing a backlog which is causing a delay in processing new sponsorships. I am deeply sorry for this delay, but please rest assured that Reca Verula is indeed your child and she is on hold specifically for you :). As soon as your sponsorship is taken care of, you will receive her welcome packet in the mail :). Please know that this may take a bit longer than normal. Thank you so much for your patience!
