Expired Card= Missed Payment

Hi! The card I had on file expired in December, and I did not receive a new card until after my scheduled payment date for January. Will my monthly contribution automatically be deducted now that I have put in the information for the new card, or do I need to make a one-time payment to cover January's donation?

You will need to make a one-time payment. They do not keep trying to deduct after the date is past.

Hi Lauren! We won't automatically pull January's contribution now that the new card is added. You would have to make a one-time donation to cover that. :)
