I recently incurred over $1000 of medical debt due to a recent diagnosis and have fallen two months behind my sponsorships. I currently sponsor two children - Janeth (EC043600763) and Elias (EC037303707) and would like to continue sponsoring them but I can't afford the full sponsorship cost for the time being. I have made arrangements with my medical providers to pay fixed monthly amounts instead of the full cost at once but I am still working out my monthly budget to account for the new expenses. I fell on hard financial times this time last year with student loan entering repayment so I am unsure if there is anything than can be done for me.  I hope that there is some way I can play catch-up on my sponsorship costs or possibly have reduced costs for a time. I really appreciate all of the support that has been given two me in the nearly two years of sponsorship, your organization is setting children free from poverty though Jesus' name. My sponsor # is 07315736. Thank you!

Ashley, I am so sorry that you are going through this really difficult financial time :(! We would be able to cover two more months of sponsorship for you, but I am not sure that will provide enough assistance. That would mean we would cover your May and June donations, but we would need you to start giving again in July. Is that something you'd be able to do?

I really appreciate all of the assistance I have been given over the past year and the offer to cover the two months of expenses.  I will be able to resume payments in July as I am in the process of starting a second job and will be finished with payments for one of my medical providers.  If my situation fail to improve I will be in contact with Compassion. I pray that I will not need to end either of my sponsorships, God bless you for all of your help!
