Can you tell me why lately it looks as though my child has no more parents or siblings but instead a caregiver? Thanks for any info

I think they have just changed the wording. I just checked one of mine where i know it is her mom that writes and it says "Primary Caregiver" as well

Hi Jen! I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the wording for who is taking care of your child. We have caregiver listed because not every child lives with his or her parents. Some children living with grandparents, aunts or uncles, etc. We are able to look into exactly how the caregiver listed is related to your child though, and Fidiouse's caregivers are both of her parents. Her mother's name is listed as the primary caregiver. Fidiouse does not have any siblings living with her though. Please let me know if you have any further questions that I can help answer!
