Faster ways to view past letters?

I wish that there was a faster way for sponsors to view past letters. I like that sponsors are able to look at past letters they have written, but they take so long to load. It would be nice if the letters would load faster. Another idea is maybe there could be thumbnails of the letters, so a sponsor could quickly see what photos the sent in the past without waiting for the letters to load. Another great option would be if sponsors could save past letters to their own computer, in a format that was not so slow to load (PDF?). Sometimes when I am busy I want a way to quickly look back and see which photos I included with my recent letters.

In the past I have copied and pasted the text of the letter (from the emails I get) into a word document, and if I have been very diligent I have made a note of coloring pages or photos that I have included. But it would be nice if there were an easier way to save and view this information. When I am real busy I don't always get this done, and I don't like to take the time to click through several recent letters and wait for them to load in my account.

Do any other sponsors share this concern, or have any good tips to keeping track of what you have sent each child?
