Is it possible to get an estimation on how long before I get my first letters from my children? I am so excited that I am impatient haha

If you do not get your first letter from a sponsored child within 4 months, you can request the social media ladies to send a inquiry.

I have had 5 sponsored children all told. I never got a first letter from the first -- my inquiry found that her parents had pulled her from the program which explains that pretty well. The other 4 I got all of them well before the 4 months was up. 2-2 1/2 months seems to be the norm. Though I got one after just 6 weeks!

Hi Debra!
As Sarah mentioned, you should receive your first child letter within four months of beginning your sponsorship. If you do not, please let us know! Once you have received that first letter, you should not have to wait more than six months in between letters. If you ever notice it has been longer than six months, again please let us know. Keep in mind that as you begin to build a relationship with your child, you should begin to hear more frequently from them. The more letters you write, the more they should also be writing. :)
