I am ready to make my first payment to Nishimwe and the site is telling me that the child number is wrong and cannot locate our child?

If it tells you the child ID is not found, try to click submit again and refresh the page if it still doesn't work. After refreshing and trying again, let me know if you continue to have trouble. You can also call our office at 800-336-7676 to make that donation with anytime Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Mountain Time.
