I began sponsoring a child quite a while ago, but every month there was a payment issue. I am very behind on payments now, because I eventually forgot about it, since the payments weren't being taken out. I would like to continue my sponsorship, but my log in information does not work.

Emily, I am so sorry that your donations were not pulling out on a monthly basis the way they should have been and that has caused your account to fall behind. I will gladly take a look at the situation and help you come up with a solution! Regrettably, I cannot find an account with the email address you provided. Are you able to give me your sponsor number or your child's number? I will also be able to assist you with logging into your account once I can find you in our system.
