I have not been able to log into my account online. I even attempted creating a new account with a different email and using the donor number. No had no luck getting through by phone to anyone.

Hi, Maricella! I'm so sorry you're having trouble logging onto your account and for the frustration that's been causing you. :( I would be happy to help you get logged in. Do you, by any chance, have your sponsor number or the child ID number of the child you're sponsoring? I couldn't find any account associated with the email address you provided.
