I've been sending My child Beautiful Glossy Photo greeting cards, but I see that they are scanned electronically then sent on. Are they scanned on a glossy format? If not, then there is no purpose to me wasting my time and money on theses cards.

Hi James! I would say the new letter paper is somewhat glossy. It's slicker than normal paper, in my opinion, but not as glossy as photo paper. The scan quality is absolutely amazing though! I just got my first scanned letter a few weeks ago and it's hard to even tell that it has been scanned and printed. I wouldn't really expect any of the details of the cards to be lost in the scanning process. If you send a high quality photo then I think it would look high quality on the scanned letter. But I just want to encourage you that you're not wasting your time or money sending your cards to your sponsored child. I'm sure your sponsored child loves getting your cards. You are being a blessing to a child in Jesus' name, and that's never a waste of time.

Your cards will be scanned as a very high quality print; however, it will be printed on regular paper. I'm so sorry that we are not able to print your cards on glossy paper. Please rest assured that the value of your wonderful cards will not be lost on your child. I'm sure that they will feel very loved when they hear from you. I encourage you to please keep sending your precious cards to your child. The love and worth that your child feel when they hear from you is so priceless!
