I am going to be traveling to India in the same state where my sponsored child lives. Is there anyway that I could visit my child?

I am going to be in Chennai at the end of September with a small group of ladies. We are traveling through India, Nepal and Thailand visiting and encouraging missionaries we know there. While we are in Tamil Nadu I am hoping to be able to visit my child, Justin, who I sponsor through the Koppur CDC. I do not know how close this CDC is to Chennai, but I am willing to travel a ways to visit if I am allowed to come. I have already been to north India twice over the past three years and have never gotten the chance to come as far south as Tamil Nadu. I am hoping that I will be able to meet Justin this time I am in India.

I need to know how close the Koppur CDC is to Chennai and if I am allowed to come visit.

Thank you so much for your help answering these questions.
Grace and Peace

How exciting!! You can go here to learn more about visiting your child- http://www.compassion.com/get-involve... I don't think Compassion can tell you where your child lives. However I do know that sometimes sponsors and their child meet at a place convenient for all involved. (If that makes any sense.) So if you go to the link above, it should be able to help you!
