Good morning Eleanor,
I am so sorry for the confusion! I see that when Ishimwe Aliane (RW025200398) left the program, her sponsor selected Martinez Jules as their new child, meaning you were automatically assigned as the new correspondent. However, I am so sorry but he is not showing on your account because there is an error in our system. I have sent this to our technical team to see why he is not showing on your account yet and get this fixed. Thank you for your patience as we get this issue resolved for you!

Hi, I got a letter from the most adorable young man on stationary with our name, but he isn't showing up on my account for me to write him. His name is Engel Espinoza (NI028400138). Could you all please check on this for me? Thanks and God bless!

Hi Heather! I apologize for the confusion as it does look like this young man is assigned to you for correspondence but there was an error so he isn't showing up on your online account. I sent this to our technical team to fix the errors so you will be able to see his profile and write back. Thank you so much for letting us know about this issue!
