What information can I release to my sponsored child when she graduates (facebook, address, e-mail, etc.)? Also is there a graduation ceremony at the center for all the children who graduate from it that year? Thanks, Lizzie :)

Lizzie, the form I was given when Lijo mon graduated asked if I wanted Compassion to release all of my contact info on file or if I only wanted my email address released. Those were the two options. I chose to release only my email, hoping he would look me up on Facebook that way.

No he hasn't yet, although he only graduated in April so I am still hopeful :)

I am sorry. I have a girl that graduates in October. I love her so much, but I am afraid that she will not get back to me either. It is the thought that counts though. I am sure he is happy to know that you still want to know about him, even if he does not have time to e-mail you.

Hey Lizzie! There is normally a graduation ceremony for those who complete our program. It could be monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on the center's schedule.

Okay. Thanks. My one girl graduates in July 2013 (the year I graduate high school), so I was thinking about visiting her. I would love to see the ceremony. Thanks :)
