I usually give my kids' families a $100 gift in January. With the unrest in Haiti right now, is it wise to do so? Or encouraged?

We gave my son's Haitian "brother" a birthday gift last year and have received the thank you already. (With a very handsome picture). So the money is getting through and being used.

Hi Julie! You can definitely still send a gift to your child's family, even during the unrest. If there is any trouble delivering the gifts, we will contact you to let you know! However, there shouldn't be any issues delivering the gift at the moment. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
