If II write a hard copy letter does Susana actually get it? Or will it be transcribed into a digital letter? If I send hard copy picture prints will she get them? Or will they be scanned into digital prints?

IF you send a hard copy letter, it gets scanned at the Colorado address and sent through the translation process. It is printed out on the other end and your child receives a hard copy, just not the same piece of paper you touched.

Thank you for your prompt response.  I just didn't know if there was any advantage to sending it in print.  I have been sending my letters digitally.  I was just wondering if Susana had a hard copy picture of me and my family that she could keep at home??

Hi Diane! If you sent Susana a picture of you and your family in one of your letters, then it would have been given to her, and she is able to keep it!
