I know the new system was supposed to speed up communication between child & sponsor. But prior to the change, I often received regular letters - I could anticipate that it was time to expect a letter and one would show up. Now, I am seeing a longer wait time, with no letters showing in translation. I am also not receiving thank you's for family gifts in a timely manner (or at all - it remains to be seen).
Is this a temporary problem? Things were better before the change.
