Have not been charged yet and also can not locate my child, can anyone help

While at church we set to sponsor a child and it come out auto, it is two months later and was not charged so I am trying to do it online. I set the card up and now can not find my child.

Hi Allyson! It looks like the credit card you had put on the form to have us process your child's first donation declined on us, which is why you can't currently see your child online. I do see that you added a new card to your online account yesterday. I can pull out a donation using that card for you today if you'd like me to and you will see your child appear on the account as well :).
