Having trouble adding photos to online letter

I have written a letter to my sponsored child, online, and have been attempting to add photos, but they do not load. I don't get an error message, but the photos just never upload.

Hello Jeanne! I am so sorry that you are having trouble uploading photos to your letter! Many times, this can mean that your photo is too large and so the upload does not complete. It may also be an indication that you need to use a different web browser. Have you tried to make your photos smaller first or using different photos to test if it is just specific pictures that are not uploading? I would encourage you to try the following to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Try closing the browser and trying again 2. Try disabling extra toolbars or plug-ins

       a. These items can cause JavaScript errors that keep a page from working correctly

3. Try another browser

       a. This is kind of related to #2 because different browsers will have different                    settings/toolbars/plugins/cookies

4. Try clearing cookies and temporary internet files

5. Try another machine

6. If you have not already, try different pictures or using smaller images.

Thank you so much for writing to your child and I know that Vivian will be thrilled to get pictures you send to her! I certainly hope that one of these trouble shooting options helps correct the issue and that you can upload your pictures to your letter!

Good morning Jeanne! I just wanted to follow-up with you on your issue with uploading photo's to your letter for your child. Did you attempt any of the troubleshooting options in my comment above? Thank you for checking back with me!  I was able to load the photos from my iPad after my PC wouldn't allow me to upload them.  Have a blessed day, as well.

That is wonderful to hear, Jeanne! I am sorry you couldn't upload them on your regular computer but glad you were able to upload them on your iPad. I am wondering if it was something to do with the browser being used? I apologize again for the difficulties you were having and let us know if we can help you further with anything. God bless you!
