Hello, I would like to cancel my sponsorship. One should be under my email, can you look the other one up through my name?

Hi Abraham, 
I am so sorry to hear that you are in need of canceling your sponsorships! I was able to locate one account under account number, 07917501. This account has a child by the name of Ângelo in Brazil. However, I was not able to locate another account with your same name with the same address. What is the name on the other account? Also, if you have the child number, or your sponsor number available, it would be very helpful in finding your account. 
May I ask, is there anything that Compassion could do to help you keep your relationship with your kiddos? If your request is due to a short term financial situation, we would be happy to cover a few months of support for you if you feel that would allow you to continue your sponsorships. Please let us know!

I will post the other child’s number in a bit it’s at our home. That would actually be a great blessing. We want to keep our sponsorship but with an unfortunate circumstance leading to our home having one income it’s just too hard. However, that should change in the next month or so. Thank you so much. Could you also help get both our kiddos under one account if I can provide the child number? We haven’t been able to yet.

Hi Abraham! I actually found your second account this morning, which is for Julia in Brazil. If it would help you be able to continue your sponsorships, Compassion would be able to cover your support through the month of March for both children. We can also place them on a single account for you so that they show up together :). Let me know if that helps, and I will go ahead and get started on merging your accounts together and covering the support through March. Otherwise, please let me know if you still need to cancel.

Is there any way to get reimbursed for this month? It took out and overdrew our account. :(

Hello Abraham, I am sorry that the contribution was still processed on the account. Regrettably, we were unable to stop the pull since it was set for the same day. I have submitted a refund request on both accounts for you. The waiver has also been completed for January through March. I have asked that once the refunds have been completed to merge the two accounts together for you. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
