We cannot afford our sponsored child any longer, there was confusion in the last couple months about it being taking directly out of our account.  It took 2 months out at once and another payment right after. Were struggling for money and cant afford it right now. Can someone please help? We really don't know what else to do. I'm so sorry!!!!

Keshia, I am so sorry for the errors in your payments. :( I can certainly assist you with whatever you need to do on your account, including a refund if you need it. I just want to make sure that I have the correct account for you. Are you sponsoring Aura in Colombia?

I am so sorry to hear that you are thinking of canceling your sponsorship of Aura (CO045100140), however we do completely understand. Before I cancel your account, we want to ensure that you know that know that Compassion would be more than happy to not only refund your $76 for the extra check that was sent, but as well as we would be happy to cover your sponsorship through March to allow you a small break from the financial commitment. Please let us know if you think this may be helpful to allow you to keep your relationship with Aura. However, if you still feel like you would like to cancel, please let us know and we will assist you with canceling. We look forward to hearing back from you!

Yes we would like to cancel and please keep the money, give it to her and her family. We loved sponsoring her and we will greatly miss it. Thank u so much for the opportunity. I’m hoping that maybe we can do it again soon.
