I finally sat down and had my letter about all written and then I posted 3 pictures and on the last picture there was a problem and it knocked me off line and I lost all that I had written. Is there a way to retrieve what I had written? Renee Krabbe #25591300 01

You've probably already checked this, but was a draft saved? Mine saves almost continually as I type. If you go into the "Write My Child" tab there would be a "Continue Draft" button under that particular child. Hopefully something is salvageable.

Renee, oh no! I am so sorry that this happened to you :(. I can imagine how frustrating that must be after spending so much time writing out your letter and uploading pictures. The good news is, a copy of your letter should have been saved for you and you can access it under your 'drafts.'  This tool was created so that if a sponsor was ever disconnected or closed out of a letter, a draft would be saved for future use. Up to 3 drafts per child will be saved on an account. Below is a screen shot of where you can find this under the letter section of your My Account. I pray that you are able to find the draft for your letter so that you can pick up where you left off :).
