On the "Write to my Child" area i keep wanting to write new letters, but the site only seems to save THREE of them. Does this mean that he's not getting all the letters i write, or does Compassion's website just save 3 of them and he still gets every one but i can only go back and view the most recent three. PLEASE let me know. I sincerely hope he is getting every letter i have sent on the website!!!

Hi Anita, your child is getting all of the letters that you write. The online system only has capacity to store the last three letters that you wrote for each child. Each time you write, you should receive an email confirmation which indicates that your letter has been saved in the system and queued for printing in our office in Colorado Springs. You can also save copies of your letters as .pdf files if you like to keep them for your records. For peace of mind, you can always call us at 800-336-7676 or email ciinfo@us.ci.org for a log of your letters written, though we will only have the date that it was received and not the actual letter.
