I am needing to cancel my membership. How do I do that?

Good morning Shelby, 
I am so sorry to hear that you may need to cancel your sponsorship of Alvin! Please know that we truly value our supporters and we would be blessed to able to help you keep your relationship with your sweet kiddo. If your request is due to a short term financial situation, Compassion would be happy to cover three months of sponsorship for you to allow you a small break from the financial commitment. This means we would completely cover the months of May through July. However, if you still feel it is best to cancel your sponsorship, please let us know and we will be happy to fulfill your wish to cancel.  I have stopped your automatic withdraw until we hear back from you.

Hi Shelby! We just took care of covering your May through July donations today, and your donations will automatically resume on August 28th :).

Hi Shelby, I am sorry to hear that you do need to cancel your sponsorship of Alvin. I have gone ahead and taken care of that today, and we will start looking for another sponsor for Alvin. We're so grateful for the investment you made in his life! Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
