Hi I was supposed to get refund for my overdraft fee but only got sponsorship refund

Hi my name is Yeonggwang Oh, sponsor no. 08029987. I currently moved back home Korea and my bank account for the sponsorship was empty. And i changed it to my Korean citibank account but still the money was taken from my empty one. So I requested the refund including the over draft fee but I was only refunded for the sponsorship money.

I am so sorry for the confusion on your overdraft fee refund. I do see that we are working on getting approval for the overdraft fee. This should be complete soon. If you still do not see this come through to your bank account by Wednesday of next week, please let us know and we will be happy to see if there is something holding it up in our processing department. Yeong-gwang, we approved and sent the refund back to your bank account on July 23rd. The refund was for $72, which should have posted to your bank account by last week but could take longer since it is a Korean bank account. How far back did you look for that refund?

Angela, I am so sorry for any confusion or concern caused by receiving an unexpected charge and for the delay to receive a refund. Regrettably, there was some confusion because it was actually not a duplicate charge for one child. We discovered that you had two accounts, and you were sponsoring two children, Scarlett and Brayan. Per your request, we have cancelled your sponsorship of Brayan, but I am sorry to say that it looks like we made a mistake of not requesting a refund at that time. Please rest assured that I have now asked our processing team to refund you the $38 as soon as possible. It may take 2-3 business days for this refund to be processed. I'm so sorry again for this confusing situation, but everything will be taken care of quickly for you. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a blessed day!
