How can I get all my Compassion children (sponsored and correspondent ) to show on the app?

Good morning Kim! Welcome to the Compassion support community! I'm so sorry that you are having trouble with the app. I know that Compassion wants this app to work wonderfully for you and to be a joy to use to connect with your sponsored kids. There should be a menu in the upper left-hand corner of your screen in the app that takes you to your account and then, from there, hopefully you should be able to see all of your kiddos.

If your sponsored kids are not showing up from your account page then please try uninstalling the app and making sure that you have all of the system updates for your phone's OS installed and then please try reinstalling the app from your device's App Store. I know that Compassion has been updating these apps frequently recently and there may be an updated version of the app that has a fix for the particular issue that you're having.

Thank you!  I reinstalled the app and now I can see all my sponsored children.  Thanks again!

I've noticed that anytime I add a new child I have to log out of the app and log back in to get my new kids to show up. That might be an easier thing to try in the future rather than completely uninstalling. Of course, if they still don't show, try uninstalling and reinstalling like Adam said. Glad you're able to see your kids now!!
