how can we combine to one?

My wife and I would like to combine our sponsor ID’s for ease of tracking and letter distribution. We sponsor 2 children although at the moment, as individual sponsors. Also I seem to have received a letter digitally from my child on April 6th, but there is only a red X next to her name, how can I see the letter?

Hello Alex!
We would be happy to help you do this! May I confirm that your wife is Samantha (07979980)? Would you like to keep her account and add yourself to it, or keep your account and her to it? The main reason this is important is because whichever account we do not keep, you will lose the child letters online from that child. The account which we do keep, will be exactly the same and you will still be able to see all past letters. Thank you for letting us know what you would like to do!
Secondly, the letter you are seeing with a red X from Suleydi is still in translation. Once this letter completes that translation process, you will be able to see it on your account without any problem! :)

Hi Alex! I just wanted to follow up with you as it looks like both you and your wife had contacted us earlier this year to combine your accounts and it doesn't look like that has happened yet. Please let me know if we could still take care of that for you. All I would need to know is what names, you would like the account to be under. For example, "Alex and Samantha Naranjo."
