Hello, I have a letter in the History of Communication that I wrote online 3 months ago that still says "Translation Complete".  Is there a way to find out if the letter somehow wasn't sent?  It was sent to Mutethya Kimanzi (Child ID:  KE7450110).

Also, do you have Mutethya's older JPG photos?  I only have the last 3 in JPG and was wondering if you have any of her older ones that you could send me.

Thank you, Douglas

Hi Douglas! Regrettably, the status of the letters on My Account are not going to always be correct, so I wouldn't go by those right now. It is one of the issues our tech team is working on as we rebuild our translation software. Your letters are being sent, that just will not always reflect on your My Account right now. As far as an older photo for Mutethya, we only keep the two most recent photos of each child on file.
