I wrote my first letter & picked one of the templates shown, but I need help adding a photo. The tech I talked to on your 800# was way over my head explaining how to do it from my desktop through my e-mail. I need step by step what to do after I click onto add photo...thank you!

Hi Connie! I am so sorry we made it difficult to understand! Let me see if I can make it real simple here. :)

How to add photos to a letter:
  1. To add a photo, click "Choose Photo."
  2. A pop-up window will appear. Select the photo file from your computer and click "Open."
  3. Next, you will be asked to crop the photo you have selected. If you decide that you want to select a different photo, click "Change Photo."  If you would like to rotate a photo from horizontal to vertical, click "Orientation." Drag the box to select the portion of the photo that you want to use or to change the size. When you are ready to move on, click "Upload."
  4. Continue Step 3 to add multiple photos. At this point, you can preview the positioning of your photos and remove them if you decide you don't want to use them.                                                                                                                                                                                     Each photo will be positioned at the bottom of your letter. If you like what you see, click "Next."
  5. On the next page, select your template. Again, you will be able to preview the positioning of your photos on top of your template.
  6. When you are done selecting the template, click "Next."
  7. Preview the letter again, and when you are ready, click "Send."
