I sponsored another kiddo and got the email. Is there a way to add him to my account as well?

Hi Lindsay! Thank you so much for blessing another kiddo! I would be happy to combine your two accounts so both children appear on your account :). Will you please confirm for me that you are sponsoring Denis Karani and Frankline from Kenya? It's really awesome that they have the same last name!

I also am sponsoring another child. It is under my daughter’s name but I would like to add her to my account since I make the payments. Her number is IO1180023. Her name is Flonis.

Hi Carol! We can move Flonis  over to your account if you would like. Will you be writing the letters to her or will your daughter be writing those? I ask because we can set up your daughter's account as a correspondent account Flonis and just move the financial responsibility over to you or we can completely move Flonis' sponsorship to your account. Would you like your  daughter to keep her account to be the correspondent sponsor for Flonis?

Just transfer it all to me. I write the letters anyway. Thanks!

Carol, I've taken care of  moving Flonis over to your account  this morning. You will need to log into your online account to set up automatic donations for her sponsorship since we moved accounts.

I’m having the same issue. I sponsored 2 children but can only write to 1 of them.

Hi Brent and Heather! I sincerely apologize for the confusion with your sponsorships! I do see that you have two different accounts, each with one child. I am submitting a request to merge the two active accounts together into one single account under the sponsor number you have an online account created for and logged into yesterday. This usually takes a few days to be complete. Once it has been taken care of, you will be able to see both children on the account and write to them.
