I have been a sponsor for about 2 months and just became an advocate but I would love to do more.  I can't afford to sponsor another child but I herd from a friend about the option of becoming a correspondent but I can't find anything on the compassion's website on how to become one.

:) Audrey-Grace, That's wonderful you want write to more kids!  The best way is to phone Compassion or email them at ciinfo@us.ci.org and ask to be on the waiting list for a child (children) :)
The list is pretty long right now, so you may be waiting a long time, but if you do not have any other correspondent children you will likely be on a priority list.  Sometimes there's a lot more people wanting to write than there are kids, other times it's the opposite and Compassion asks for more correspondents, so it's hard to give an accurate waiting time frame.

Since you are already a sponsor and have an account, when there's a child ready to be matched with you, they will just show up on your account automatically and you'll be able to begin writing to that child before you get their packet in the mail even :)
