How do I cancel a letter sent to my child?

I was writing my 4 kiddos yesterday.  I duplicate the letter and personalize it for each kiddo.  While I was writing Rian my computer logged me out but I immediately logged back in.  I didn't notice any changes to the letter.  After I sent my letter and received the email confirmation I realized that Rian's name had reverted back to the previous recipient name Ai.    I don't want Rian to get a letter addressed to someone else.  Is there a way to cancel it?  And is there a way to remove it from my letters/ conversations as well so that I can send him the correct letter?  I am so sorry for the mistake.

I’ve done that too. I was told that we aren’t the only ones this has happened to and it will probably get corrected by the translator.

I am glad I am not alone.  I feel horrible.  I pray that he will never know.  Thanks you for responding.

Hi Laurie,
You are definitely not alone! This actually does happen quite a bit. As Brian said, although a letter cannot be cancelled once it has been sent, these errors are typically caught by our translators. They will then cancel the whole letter. We would just ask that you resend a correct copy of the letter and we will just hope they catch it. :) Worst case scenario, your sweet kiddo will get both letters and they may just think the name was a typo. Seems kinda convenient that the name Ai is the middle of Rian, just backwards. :) Haha!

Thanks for getting back to me. I was able to resend the letter. At first it would only allow me to save it as a draft but I realize I had to wait for the  24 hour to be over. I am so glad that I am not alone and that you guys are prepared for it.  Have a great week.  Thank you again.
