How do I cancel my automatic payment plan?

I'd like to cancel my automatic payment. How do I do this?

Hi Lacey! Per your request, I have removed your automatic donations for Buloy's support and for your annual Christmas gift :). Because your sponsorship is no longer on an automatic withdrawal, you will begin receiving a monthly giving statement in the mail. Is there anything else I can do for you?

I also am trying to cancel my automatic donation.  I thought it was stopped months ago and yet out of nowhere is was withdrawn again. Please advise how i can stop my donations.

Wade, I  am so sorry you need to cancel. If this is for financial concerns, Compassion would be able to cover your support for the months of October through December. Please let me know if that would help! Otherwise, let me know if we still need to cancel your sponsorship and I will honor your request.

Jose, I am so sorry that you, too, need to cancel your sponsorship :(. If this is due to financial concerns, Compassion would be able to cover your support for the months you had missed earlier in the year as well as November through January. We can also reduce your sponsorship rate to $19 for February through July. This would be a gift; there is no need for you to pay it back at any time. Please let me know if this would help you!

I am so sorry that you are not able to continue sponsoring Kerby. I have removed him from your account. Please know that you are welcome to send him a final letter, if you would like. Please write “Final Letter” across the top of the correspondence, along with your child's name and child's number,(HA078400880). I’d like to switch from auto payment to mailing payment. Is that something you can switch for me? 07068530

I’d also like to switch the name on my account from Rachel Roe to Rachel Stevens ( I got married).

Is there a way for my husband, Josh, and I to both be official sponsors for Gael and Maribel? Technically we’re both contributing because we’re married, but it would be nice to see the kids writing to both of us, not just me.

I’m also a tad confused as to what the kids’ ID numbers are with all the changes. Some letters have more than one I think. For instance, I see BO4530258 and 06764287 on one letter.

Hi Rachel!
I have stopped your automatic withdraw as you requested so from now on you will receive a monthly contribution statement. I have also updated the name on your account to be Rachel and Josh Stevens. Congratulations on your new marriage! :) 
Secondly, your children each have two numbers. The one without the letters is used for our global system. However, the only number you need is the one beginning with BO. :)

Hi Selso! I see that you are sponsoring your sweet young man, Biplob, in Bangladesh :). I have stopped your automatic monthly donations as of today, so you should no longer see your sponsorship automatically withdraw on the 10th of every month. This means that you will begin receiving a monthly giving statement in the mail :). Please know that this will not stop your sponsorship of Biplob, only your automatic monthly donations. I need to pause my automatic payment plan and just pay each month separately. I have just moved and am transitioning with a new budget, etc. I love my child Erick and don't want to cancel my sponsorship entirely though!

Ladies, could you please take my auto-payments off as well? You all are covering payments for me for June and July while I sort out some of my medical bills, but from August on I would like to manually pay my sponsorships instead of being on the auto-payment system.

I am sorry to hear that you no longer wish to sponsor Linder. Is there anything that Compassion can do to help keep your relationship going with Linder? If your request is due to financial issues, Compassion would be happy to cover the next three months of support for you, if you feel this would help you to keep your relationship going with Linder. If not, and you would still prefer to cancel, please let us know and I will be happy to fulfill your wish to cancel.

I am so sorry you are thinking of canceling your sponsorship of Bruna Karla. If your request is due to a short term financial situation, please know that Compassion would be more than happy to cover a few months of sponsorship for you, to allow you a break from the financial commitment. This means we would cover the months of October through December. In January, if you are still in need of a little additional help, we would be happy to reduce your rate of sponsorship to $19 per month for the following three months. This would a gift from Compassion, and you would not need to repay these months. Please let us know if you feel this would hep you to continue your relationship with Bruna Karla, and if not, we will surly fulfill your wish to cancel. We look forward to hearing from you!

If your request is due to a short term financial situation, Compassion would be happy to cover three months of sponsorship for you to allow you a small break from the financial commitment. This means we would cover the months of November through January. In addition, we would be happy to place you on a reduced rate of sponsorship for the following three months. This means that for the months of February through April you would only pay $19 per month. However, if you would still like to cancel your sponsorship, please let us know and we will be happy to fulfill your wish to cancel.
