How do I cancel my sponsorship subscription?

I need to cancel my sponsorship, but I haven't found a clear path to make that happen. I can't get ahold of anyone when I call as well.

I don't have the number of my sponsor child as I signed up for it at an event and received a text message with just a name. So if you could help me figure out what steps I can take to cancel that would be great.

Taylor, I am so sorry that you are no longer able to support your child and need to cancel :(. If this financial concern is only temporary, Compassion may be able to help. We would be happy to cover your sponsorship donations for the months of May through July and reduce your sponsorship rate to $19 per month for August through December. Let me know either way so I can honor your request.

I too would like to cancel. I would love to be able to sponsor someday and I thought I would have the finances to make it work but unfortunately I do not think I can make it work at this time. I will still pray for the child however and I pray that he finds a sponsor to help him in his situation

Ryan, I completely understand! Having a big heart can be so difficult when the funds are really tight. We appreciate your concern for Jesus. We will place him back up for sponsorship today, and he will remain in the program while we search for another sponsor. If you are able to support a child in the future when things are more financially stable, we would love to partner with you at that time!

I’d like to cancel my account as well. My family is facing some financial challenges that won’t allow us to continue to sponsor. My mother is also sponsoring a child and needs the same information, so if there is a direct way to be able to cancel the subscription please let me know so I can refer her to the information as she is not as tech savvy to be able to find this conversation on her own.

Please cancel my subscription for my sponsored child. My children and I have been sponsoring him for awhile now but I am just not financially in a spot where I can keep doing it. We will continue to pray for him and when I am financially ready I will reach out and sponsor again. I DO NOT want to have you pay it for 3 months and then reduce the amount I pay for 3 months. I would just like to cancel all together. My automatic withdraw is set to come out today (5/15/18) and that is the last payment I would like to make.
