How do I cancel sponsorship?

I would like to cancel my sponsorship.

I called and cancelled my sponsorship last month. The operator I talked to was cold and very unwilling to understand my situation. I could no longer afford to sponsor. Finally, I had to just hang up on her. The other day I received a bill. I am being charged for the previous month this month and next. Like a freakin' credit charge I myself, believe that this is all a scam. Good luck with your cancelation.

Valerie, I have been a sponsor for many years, and read this forum frequently. People come on here with similar situations and are dealt with promptly and with kindness. I am confident that you will be contacted promptly once the people that run the forum arrive at work for the day. I am so sorry that you had a bad experience on your phone call. It is possible that they were unable to finish the transaction after your call ended. Hang in there and I am sure you will see resolution soon.
