My sponsor child is not showing up on my compassion app. How do I get my sponsor child on the app?

Hi Kate! I do see that we have a sponsorship account created for you, but there is no online or app account created with your sponsor number which would be why you can't see a child on the app. You may be logging into a different account than the one associated with your sponsor number which is 08103054. You can create an account with your sponsor number on our website: https://www.compassion.com/my-account/create-usa.htm. Once an account is created with this sponsor number, your child will show up on that account
