I sent my child a musical pop up card and stickers for her birthday. How long does it take until she receives it? How do I know for certain that she got it?

Hi Cory! That depends on a couple of things. Did you write a message in the pop-up card? If you did, then the card will need to be scanned in order to be translated by our field staff, so once it's been sent, you'll be able to see the scan of the card on your letter history on your account. At that time, you can check back with us to make sure the stickers were sent, too. If you didn't write a message in the card itself, but sent a letter along with the card and stickers, then you'll be able to see that letter scanned, and we can follow the same process once you see the scan of the letter in your account.

As far as the timeline goes, it could take as little as 6-8 weeks, or up to 3 months, depending on how long it takes for our National Office to translate that for you!

Sierra, the actually pop up/ musical card is sent to the child as well, correct? How long is the mailing process until the child receives the actual stickers?

Hi Cory,

Correct. We do send all the items together at the end of the month, and it may take a bit to get there depending on how hard the center is to get to. For example, some projects can only be accessed by boat, camel or elephant. I would say somewhere within about 6-10 weeks or so is pretty likely. :)
