I sent my child two Spanish cards, one for her birthday and one for Christmas, several weeks ago to the child communications department from hallmark and it said it was shipped and should have been received by now and it’s not showing up in my app. Her number is in the card and it’s HO070800322

From what I can see on my end, we currently have three letters from you to Jasmin in translation. Because they have not completed the translation process, I'm not able to view on my end what they are yet, but the dates we received them are December 3rd, 11th, and 21st. Are those showing on your app, and is it possible that two of those are the cards you sent?
Hi Jasmine! It's very possible we haven't been able to process them yet. I do know that our mail department receives quite a lot of child letters during this time of year, which can slow things down. We've also had more winter weather causing office closures than normal in recent months too. How long ago did you send these letters? I do believe that they will still show up in your account soon, but it would be helpful to know how long ago you sent them.
