How do I know if my letter was received?

I sent my child two Spanish cards, one for her birthday and one for Christmas, several weeks ago to the child communications department from hallmark and it said it was shipped and should have been received by now and it’s not showing up in my app. Her number is in the card and it’s HO070800322

Hi Jasmine! Thank you so much for reaching out to us, and thank you for taking the time to send some cards to your sponsored girl! From what I can see on my end, we currently have three letters from you to Jasmin in translation. Because they have not completed the translation process, I'm not able to view on my end what they are yet, but the dates we received them are December 3rd, 11th, and 21st. Are those showing on your app, and is it possible that two of those are the cards you sent?

They aren’t showing in my app. I’ve sent several in the app as well and I see all of those but not the cards unfortunately. I sent a Spanish birthday card and a Christmas card. Maybe it just wasn’t processed yet?

Hi Jasmine! It's very possible we haven't been able to process them yet. I do know that our mail department receives quite a lot of child letters during this time of year, which can slow things down. We've also had more winter weather causing office closures than normal in recent months too. How long ago did you send these letters? I do believe that they will still show up in your account soon, but it would be helpful to know how long ago you sent them.

The order was placed with hallmark with personalized messages on 12/4 and says it should have gotten there around 12/6-12/10. Two seperate cards sent to the address on the envelope I got with my sponsorship packet for the child correspondence department

Hi! I am having a similar issue. I mailed a musical birthday card to Mark several weeks ago and it isn’t showing either. Can you see it on your end? The last one I can see on my side is from November 18. Thank you!

Hi Holly! I'm so sorry for this delay. Around Christmastime, we do generally see a slow-down in scanning all of our letters, since we receive such a high volume of them. I do not yet see that your card to Mark has been scanned into our system yet, but I wouldn't be worried at this point. It's just likely to the high volume of cards we receive. Let us know if you still don't see it in your account by the end of this month!

Just wanted let the original poster and anybody else wondering about cards know that my musical card showed up yesterday on my account. Glad it wasn’t lost and hope yours gets scanned and loaded soon too.
