I have given extra money at tax time the last two years. I did received e a letter with picture last year. I just want to confirm the family received the gift. I want to continue this giving but want to make sure first.

Hi Veronica,

Thank you so much for blessing your sweet child the last couple years with these gifts! :) I do see that we did receive your last large donation as a family gift that was processed on our side on January 3rd. This did go through just fine and has likely arrived to the family recently. Typically you will receive a thank you note from your kiddo about 6 months from the date that you gave the gift. If for some reason you have not received a thank you note within that six month time frame, please let us know and we will be happy to send an inquiry to make sure everything was processed correctly. :)

The first gift a few yrs ago I didn't receive anything. This year I did receive pictures in her letter. That was a thank you I guess. I just wanted to be sure prior to giving this year. Thanks for your reply

Veronica, according to our records she received both gifts in 2017. That was a very generous gift that you send in 2016 and you should have received both a letter and a photo for that gift. I am sending an inquiry to make sure she received this gift and to request a letter and photo. We will send you the letter and photo just as soon as they are available.
