Just curious about if there is a way of knowing if my letters have been delivered to my child.
Also wanted to thank the Compassion rep team/employees for being so helpful and always having answers to our questions! You guys are the best

You do not get any notification that a letter was delivered. If you send a hand written letter, you can see when they are scanned into the system and when they finish being translated. After they are translated, they are printed out and grouped together the center to pick up when they next come to the printing office. The center picks them up, then takes them back to the center and delivers them to the children.  These are all done in paper form, though, so there is no trail.  Sometimes children will reply to your letter in such a way you can realize they received a particular letter (I recommend keeping a copy of all letters you send to see these connections. The children often will reply to a letter without mentioning your letter at all, or even including the question in the letter).
