I added a new credit card to my account, but need to delete the old one (fraud). Tell me how to do this - it isn't intuitive on your website.

Click on Payment Options and edit and you can change ALL the details of the card -- including the number and the expiration date.

Well, unfortunately those instructions were not on the website.  Now I have two cards - only one is valid.  Back to the original question - how do I REMOVE a card.

Hi Diane,
I am so sorry for the confusion on removing your card from your account. Because we do have to keep your card on your account in order to keep record of your giving, we are not able to remove a card. However, you can make this card inactive and therefore there will be no ability for it to be used further. If you would like, we would be happy to do this for you, if you are able to provide us your sponsor number. Again, I am so sorry for that confusion!

I have the same question. We have two children on our account; added at different times. One we pay off a statement by check we mail in, the other has a credit card on the account. We want to remove or deactivate the credit card and change it so both children are on the statement and we will send one check for both. There is no option for this on the site. I know it’s archaic- I’m not the one paying the bill.

Hi Tara! No problem at all! I just took care of stopping your credit card for both the child and the $7 commitment. I saw your other post, and what a blessing to have paid off the credit card :). Let us know if we can help in any other way. Your next statement should reflect both children.

You're still not getting the question.  I will make a call and talk to someone to fix this.  dm
