How do I switch credit cards?

How\where do I switch credit cards on my payments? I am needing to switch from one credit card to another but I can't find any place to do that.

Hi Kaleah! I am sorry that you were having trouble updating your payment information! You can do this by calling our office at (800) 336-7676 and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you. For your convenience, I have also provided instructions below on how you can update your credit card online.

1. Log in to your My Account on


2. From your main log in page, on the left hand side select 'Payment Options'

3. Select 'Edit'

4. Update your Credit Card information

Well, I had went into the 'payment options' quite a few times looking for it, but there is no edit button by the 'Direct payment plan' option. I don't know if the site is messing up of it that option is just not there. I have tried it multiple times...

Hi Kaleah! I'm so sorry you are having trouble updating your credit card online. If the credit card that we have on file for your support is ever declined, we will stop the automatic withdrawal on that credit card. This means that if your credit card was declined, it would not show up on your online account and you will not be able to edit the information. Please click on the button for "Payment Options" and enter a new Direct Payment Plan with your new credit card. It looks like we are also helping you here.
