I saw that my new sponsored child, Kyrie Natalia (ID1420034), wrote a letter and that it shows up in my letter history, dated Sept. 2.  I thought my account was setup so that I will get a paper copy mailed to me.  Is this the case?  If so, how long does it take for the letters to be mailed?

Also, I mentioned awhile ago, in a different post, that I hadn't received a letter from Mutethya (KE7450110) since December 2015.  At the time the person replied that they were processing 2 letters from her.  It has been over a month since and I haven't gotten those letters and I don't see them under my history.  I recently moved and am just wondering if they got lost in the mail.  Is there a way to find out if they are still being processed?

Lastly, how do I remove family members from my account?  I would like to remove my ex-wife (Sally) and adult daughter (Alison) from my account.

Hi Douglas! Yes, your account is indeed set to have physical copies of the letters mailed to your home. There are two letters still being processed from Mutethya, so they were not delivered to your old address. I'm sorry you have had to wait so long for these letters! It looks like they're still at the country office and have not yet been sent here to our office. There are a few options for how we can update your account. In order to best assist you in this situation, we need to know the purpose of removing members from your account. You can certainly email if you'd rather discuss updating your account with us through email. That way, we can figure out which option is best for you. Thank you!
