It's been several days since I sent 2 children birthday and family gifts online, and it still hasn't come out of my bank account. Is this normal or should I be worried something went wrong?

I was just going to ask this question but about checks. I sent in a check for a gift for one of my correspondence children on April 7th.

Diana, thank you so much for your kind generosity! I just sent you an email explaining what happened with the gifts you sent. I'll look forward to your reply but please let me know if you don't get this email.

Marissa, regrettably we have not yet received your check as it's not posted to your account. We are just a little behind in processing donations from our sponsors and so it's possible that it's still in processing or got delayed in being mailed and will show up soon. However, since it's been almost one month since you sent your check, I would encourage you to see if this check has cleared with your bank. If it has, please send us an email with the check number, the amount, where it was designated, and the post mark date, so that we can research your check further.

I checked with my financial advisor, and it appears the check went through. Where is the best place to email you at?
