On March 16, 2017, over the phone with Compassion, I used the money that was held in my account for my child in India towards two family gifts - one family gift for my child in Ecuador and one family gift for my child in El Salvador. It has been over 5 weeks since then, and this transaction still has not shown up on my account. Could you please send me an update on this? Thank you.
