I have had a letter pending from my child since June 6 and we still can’t view it, going on 2 months nearly. How long should this process usually take? A letter we received from another child we sponser did not take so long. Thanks!

Hi Crysta! I am so sorry that you haven't received an answer yet. Our office is closed over the weekends, which is why you haven't heard from us until today. I completely understand the frustration in a letter taking so long to be processed. Regrettably, the letter translation process can vary greatly depending on quite a few factors including the possibility that an error was encountered when in translation or an influx of letters larger than normal, etc. Since this letter has been going through processing for almost a couple of months, it should finish and be ready for you to read on your account soon!
