I got a letter from Nicole in August and it was translated the same day it showed up on my account. I just received another letter from her a little less than a week ago and it's still in translation. I'm just wondering how long is typical for a letter to be in translation?

It varies a LOT... I'm not staff but I'm writing to almost 60 kids so I see a lot of letters come through and I've had them show up anywhere from the same day -  4 months later.  MOST of them seem to take 3-4 weeks for me from the day they are written to the day I get them, but they only show up on my account as in translation for the last 2-14 days(THat's most, some are longer, some are shorter that seems the average range).

Hi Amy! As Teresa said, it honestly varies quite a bit with how quickly letters are translated. Each country office is on a different schedule and they work at different speeds, so this can affect that quite a bit too, if you have multiple children. In addition, we have recently switched all of our partner countries over to our new translation software and we know that there will be some learning curve in getting used to this, we may see a little bit of delay in translating these letters. Thanks for being so patient as we get everyone through this learning curve! :)
