After reading over various questions (and answers), I have become aware of some of the difficulties Compassion International faces. I would like to know how to make things as smooth as possible for myself, Compassion, and my sponsor child.

I understand to wait a few weeks for the sponsorship package to arrive, and at least six months before expecting to receive a letter from my sponsor child. There is nothing to worry about, there. I also switched everything over to email, to hopefully make letters / processing / et cetera as easy as possible.

Are there any other tips, steps I can take, or things I should keep in mind, to lessen the load / make things a bit smoother for Compassion?

Thank you for reading.

EOLS, thank you so much for wanting to bless our ministry in such a way as you are already doing! We appreciate everything you have already done to help make things as smooth as possible for our staff :). The only other thing I would suggest at this point is to make sure that your name and sponsor number as well as your child's name and child number are on the top of your letter. That helps us quickly be able to find the correct account and process your sweet letters to your child. God bless you, and let us know if you do have any questions for us at any time!
