How to sign in the website w/o my sponsor number

I have been sponsoring a child for about 4 years but have only ever written him through paper. I don’t remember my username or password to get into the online account. I also don’t know my sponsor number. I have tried calling the headquarters for three days but I am not able to get in contact with anyone. I need help.

Hi Madison! I am so sorry that you are having trouble getting into your online account and haven't been able to contact anyone at Compassion over the long weekend :(. Our office was closed on Friday. I can certainly help you with that, but I need to make sure that I found the correct account for you first. Do you sponsor Rudy in Bolivia?  If  so, I can send you an email with your information to log into your online account.
