How much do certain things cost in Honduras?.

I sponsor a girl in Honduras and would like to know what things cost there. I have looked for an already existing conversation but I can't seem to find one. Could someone tell me what some of the things cost there so that if I send a gift, I have an idea of what and how much my child will get?

I lived there for two years.  Your USD can go a long way in Honduras.  The Lempira is 20L=$1.  I can ask my friends in Honduras how much something costs if you would like to know something specifically.
